"In January of 2024, we had Ferguson Fine Homes renovate one of our outdated washrooms. The transformation was amazing. So much so that we decided to have them renovate another washroom which was completed in July of 2024. These people are wonderful to work with. The quality of work is impeccable. Every little detail is taken care of. They never cut corners in any part of the job. As well, they guide you every step of the way in selecting everything. They are not short of great ideas. “Our project was a near total renovation & took almost 6 months. Ferguson’s provided not only excellent skilled labour for all aspects from demolition to reconstruction, tiling & painting, but were most helpful with advice & suggestions for achieving the best result. They were also qualified to create some custom built-ins to meet the exact needs of the space. Despite the house being a construction zone for many months, at the end of each day it was left as neat & clean as possible & everyone was as considerate of our privacy, which makes a big difference when you are living in total chaos. The communication flow was very good so we always knew the state of play. Considering the scope, the project was completed in a timely manner. Even after completion, Ferguson’s have been very responsive to dealing with a few minor matters promptly.”
